It's a sad fact that the term 'Wedding Photographer' often equates to bloody awful! 

Over the past ten years the availability of high pixel affordable SLR cameras has generated a proliferation of have-a-go, reportage style wedding photographers.

Unfortunately these 'weekend warriors, under estimate the fact that real

documentary story telling is a very skilful thing that should take years to perfect and demands many skills other that just owning a useful camera!

The mind numbing approach of If-it-moves-shoot-it! Is not going to create a well crafted body of work, in reality finesse, a fine eye, experience and good old skill can make wedding photography one

A unique strong style is what my clients want.

I just don’t see the point in blandly recording what is surly one of the most important days of their life.

Having a love affair with your kit is not being a photographer, it really is not that easy. Luckily many couples are sophisticated enough to be able to see the guys who have developed a unique style. The sad thing is the clients that have not until it’s too late!
